Pre Staging Consultations help us understand your needs better. By walking us through your home, we are able to assess what needs to be done giving us a better understanding of the time, materials, cost, and crew needed to stage your space. 

This process takes about 1-3 hrs. After this process, we can decide what plan of action to take next.

Our "à la carte" Staging Services allows our clientèle to hire us for the smaller jobs needing to be done around the house and is a great option for those that are on a bit of a tight budget. The services include redesigning, organizing, decluttering, and minor renovations. There is a minimum rate of 120$ per visit. Clients usually schedule in 3-5 hour sessions.

Our DIY Staging Plan is a complete Home Staging Report with a step-by-step plan of action. Included are suggestions such as painting, general repairs, decluttering, cleaning, furniture relocation or removal, and/or changes to decor. This process happens in 2 steps.

Step 1: We get familiar with you and your space taking roughly 1-3 hrs.

Step 2: We custom design an action plan on PDF for you to print and follow.

This process takes 24-72hrs.

Hands-on home styling immediately before the photographer to create the picture-perfect look that attracts buyers to your online listing.

The package includes 3 to 5 hours of professional organization and styling help and 20-25 professional pictures taken for your listing.

We strongly advise our clients to consider having a "Pre Staging Consultation" prior to the Photoshoot to ensure your home is in its best condition before professional photos are taken.
